Because every enam piece is custom-crafted and made-to-order specifically for you, our fulfillment process takes a little extra care and time.
1. Processing & Production Time
- Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, quality inspection, and custom packaging of your apparel or accessories before they leave our facility.
2. Estimated Shipping Speeds (Transit Times) Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:
- Standard US Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and local customs).
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your capsule order.
4. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey to your door.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
- While we strive for prompt delivery, enam is not responsible for postal carrier delays, weather disruptions, or international customs processing times. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, please reach out to the postal provider directly or contact our support team for guidance.
